Notice to California Customers – AB 1263

California lawmakers have passed AB 1263, affecting specific firearm accessories, components, and equipment. Adaptive Tactical is currently upgrading our systems to meet these new legislative requirements.

This law is in effect as of January 1, 2026.

AB 1263 imposes strict age and identity verification, purchaser acknowledgments, and specialized shipping requirements for parts and equipment capable of producing firearm components. Read the full text of AB 1263 here.
